This week, I’ve been feeling… Not very good, as expected. Headaches, irritability, lack of patience and constant feelings of hunger are the course of my days. It's like my body is rebelling because it is not getting what it's been used to. Having said that I'm strangely feeling healthier and lighter. It's a rollercoaster ride of feeling super one moment and down in dumps the next.
The exercise…So far so good. Ben, the co-founder from Reebok LifeSpark CrossFit, has been exceptionally good with the planning and is pushing me just as hard as he should. A schedule made just for you – what could be better? This is definitely a gym with a difference... I like it!
I’ve got to say that being a vegetarian takes the Paleo diet to a whole new level of difficulty. On a positive note, I now look at each food and think, ‘Hmmm, does this give me nutritional benefit, or is it just there to fill my stomach?’
