New activities

Legendary Lego

Play centre Mini Monsters at Dnata Centre on Shaikh Zayed Road has launched popular American classes Bricks 4 Kids for children aged five and up. Held on Mondays from 3.30pm-4pm, classes follow the Bricks 4 Kids motto: ‘We Learn, We Build, We Play... With Lego’ – and explore architecture, engineering, science and technology concepts using Lego bricks. Foam fun

The last Thursday of every month sees Dubai Ice Rink transformed into a party like no other; clouds of foam, bright strobe lights and a DJ pumping out the latest hits. There are even water pistols to ramp up the adrenaline and add to the fun! Geared towards older children and adults, the party goes from 10pm until midnight and costs Dh100 per person. Baby gym time

There’s a new class for babies and just-walkers at Le Petit Palais in Galeries Lafayette. Aimed at little ones aged three months to 12 months, Babynastix is designed and endorsed by baby health professionals and features sensory games, movement and baby massage.
