Most people seek happiness. In fact, happiness is often the force behind what we do. But sometimes life doesn’t always go as you planned. 6 SLOW DOWN

Life is often fast paced. With all you have to do each day, it’s easy to move through your days so fast you don’t have time to enjoy them. 7 PRACTICE LIVING CONTENTLY WHILE WORKING TOWARDS GOALS

It may seem like a contradiction to be content, and still strive for more. But it’s not. Being content does not mean you forget about your goals. When you are content, you can be happy in the moment even as you are working towards your goals.
