Read all about it

Popular Dubai health guru Keith Littlewood has released an e-book all about how to improve energy levels and digestion naturally, Drawing on his years of experience both locally and internationally, Keith gives us ways to optimise sleep, libido, emotions, digestion and energy, without the need for expensive testing and treatment. Dh36,

Ladies only

If you’re keen on cycling but find it somewhat intimidating racing with the men, fear not; a new league has been set up and it’s just for the girls. The Urban-Ultra Women’s Cycle League aims to attract more women to the sport, ensure they’re supported in their cycling efforts, encourage the UAE Cycling Federation to include a specific women’s category in all its races and – in the future – hold some women-only events. So far, 11 teams are signed up to the league, which allocates points for all race finishers and tallies them up to produce a winning team and individual at the end of the racing year.

Do you lack energy in the morning, or find it difficult to concentrate as the day goes on? An innovative treatment could give you the kick-start you need. A full-body three-minute cryotherapy session – involving temperatures as low as -120°C, causing vasoconstriction – allows red blood cells to be flooded with oxygen, nutrients and enzymes, while toxins are flushed away, leaving you energised and ready to face the day with renewed mental clarity. Prices start from Dh275 for a full-body session.
