3 natural ways to unclog your pores
Pollution, humidity and stress can be taxing on your skin and cause it to break-out. Here are three easy ways to help you get clearer skin…
Scrub: Make a paste out of two teaspoons of baking soda and one teaspoon of water. Apply it to your face, gently massaging in circular motions and concentrating on the more clogged areas. Leave it on for five minutes before rinsing off. You can use this once a week to remove dead skin cells, keep skin looking fresh and unclog pores.
Strip: If you don’t want to use pore strips to remove blackheads and dirt, there’s a great natural alternative using egg white and two-ply tissue. Place the tissue on the area of your skin you want to strip, for example your nose, and then brush on a layer of whisked egg white over. Leave the sticky paper on until it dries, then peel off.
Soak: Parsley is more than a garnish – it’s a natural astringent and when used as a soak helps pull toxins from the skin. Soak washed parsley in hot boiled water until the water has cooled, then place a muslin or wash cloth into the water and apply to your face for 10 minutes. Use this every other day for amazing results.
